I'm confused - isn't INT a BIF?

So wouldn't the line be?

Eval(h) %INT(Num1) = decimal2 + decimal3;


Could you elaborate on your answer a little more please?

Is there any built in functions in RPGIV that would take a decimal number 
& round it up to the nearest whole number?
