XML is in the Excel Help text, but if you have a spreadsheet formatted as
you need it, save/export it as XML and then open and read it (you may have
to change the suffix to TXT or something to open it in Notepad).

Thanks for the idea Bob, but for now Java is ok.  But out of curiousity, how
would I get from XML or HTML to the .XLS file the customer is requesting?
