Hi,
You might have to pad the field with '%' for LIKE keyword, so the match
can be found. You could try the following before your sql statement.

        Eval      %subst(fic:%scan(' ',fic))= *all'%'

So if FIC was '123   ', the above will pad the rest with '%' and it will
become '123%%%%%'.
