MinSRRN wouldn't help determine SFLSIZ. SLFPAG might be deduced after some
pages were loaded and displayed (rolled past 1st page), but this would be
rinky dink.

MaxSRRN could be used to determine SFLSIZ if SFLINZ had been used to
initially build the SFL, but again not the most direct way to do things.

I just code a SFLPAG constant for each SFL used in a program.  The API
approach always seemed a bit heavy to me, but it might be time to 
reconsider
using it.
