What used to be called Sullivan Vo-Tech in Bogalusa (now LOUISIANA TECHNICAL
COLLEGE-SULLIVAN CAMPUS) had an AS/400 and taught RPG (that was back in
1992, though).

I have yet to find a school in LA that teaches RPG. At LSU they have a few
[2 + me] people that know what an AS400 is much less know how to write
programs in RPG ILE
