In the code you posted, there's a field called "SiStatus"

However, in the code you posted, it doesn't look like it's being set to
anything.  That means it'll end up with blanks, which aren't a valid
status!

In Carsten's utility, the status was set as a parameter coming from the
command (PxSplfSts) -- and that parameter defaulted to '*ALL'  You might
try setting SiStatus = '*ALL' in your code and see if that solves your
problem.
