I dont think I have grey hairs yet! Im only 19... I have been *coding* rpg ile for about 1.5yrs and although I don't spend a lot of time on it currently I am getting the hang of it.

Does the community see where the new crop of RPG programmers is coming from? A few long term iSeries sites are evaluating the "graying" of the community (see the MCPress survey). They are deciding whether to invest in "new" RPG coders as employees and instead only use contractors as the resource.
