User space objects can grow to 16 megabytes in size.
That limit "will never change" because the code is so old ("old" not "bad")
and integrated into so many systems that IBM is afraid that changing it
could 'break' too many other things on the system.

You have to call the QUSCUSAT API to turn auto-extend on.
