Note that if you follow the recommend practice of putting your prototypes in
a separate source member, so other program can /include them in order to
call the program.  Then you need the EXTPGM keyword.

Also, as shown in Juan's post.  The "procedure" name on the PR and PI lines,
doesn't need to match the actual program name used in the EXTPGM keyword.
