Assuming your program is called ABC123 and has two parameters Company (3a)
and Division (3a), you would define it like:

D ABC123            pr
D  Company                      3a
D  Division                     3a

D ABC123            pi
D  Company                      3a
D  Division                     3a

Note, the spacing above is as an example, and not the required spacing on
the actual D spec.
