RE: Where to send die-hard RPG III programmers?

Keith,

I'd say 3,4,5, and 6 due to 3,4,5 ;-)  Of those, I feel 4 is the biggest.

Till recently, RPG IV was used here like RPG III.  They'd do CVTRPGSRC to
convert RPG III to RPG IV syntax, but it was still RPG III programming.
Even new development was RPG III using RPG IV syntax.

Everybody here now has some outside experience and knowledge of RPG IV
except the one who has been here 15+ yrs. So we've started to move forward,
but we can't leave this guy behind.
