But shouldn't the status (which indicated EOF) change when I 'ReadP' from
the end of file?  (I now have to 'Read' a record to be at EOF')

I am having a problem understanding %Status for a file.

The test file (IPXB00) has 3 records (keyed by seq#s 1, 2, and 3) and 1
record format (IPXB00R).

After having read record #3, debugging shows that %Status for the file is
'11', as I expected     .
Debugging also shows that I have retrieved rec# 3. 
My mental image of where the file pointer (^) is:
        Record 1 :  Record 2 : Record 3: (^)

The program then executes the following statement:
ReadP(EN) IpXB00R IpXB00I;
Debugging shows that I have re-retrieved rec# 3, as I expected.    
My mental image of where the file pointer (^) should be is:
        Record 1 :  Record 2 :(^) Record 3: 

At this point I would have thought that the %Status would no longer = '11'
(indicating EOF), but debugging (1 line at a time) shows that it is still
'11'.

I'm confused and any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated.
