However I suppose if one digs hard enough you can find out what 
subprocedure from what module is called when one edits a field with an 
edit code.  Then the question becomes is how was the binding done? 
Translation:  do you need to recompile?

Always print sign, + or -, in O-spec






Got a request to always print a sign for a certain number in a report,
whether positive or negative, except when the value is zero.  Examples:

   +55.7%
    -9.0%
  +150.3%
    -0.7%
     0.0%

Is there one API to do this automagically?  Or a combo?
