Interesting.  I tried that, and I get command not found.  On System level 
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . :   V5R2M0 too but no command available to 
even prompt on.
Wait, ok.  I did a work object for CRTUSRSPC and found it in lib TAATOOL, 
did the F4 and here's what I get:

But it's a third party tool so maybe we deleted the command that IBM 
sends?  I'll have to check that out.

Is weird... I am on V5R2, typed the command CRTUSRSPC, did F4 and try do 
display the help text, but.... nothing.  I went to the Information 
Center... no matches found... 

Does anybody knows what may be happening?
