I would second that. And it reminds me of an old proverb that was posted
in my high school U. S. History classroom. It seems that the teacher was
one of two, in adjoining rooms, who often team-taught a combined class,
and who both specialized in classroom simulation games (and indeed,
wrote several of them). The proverb reflected their teaching philosophy 
perfectly:

I hear and I forget;
I see and I remember;
I do and I understand.
