Providing the template exception message information would be helpful.

The problem is that your result field is too small. You need 62 bytes for your specific example rather than the 44 you provided. The result field has 12 bytes of overhead containing algorithm and length information which is used by the dcpdata instruction should you ever need to decompress the data.

TERSE is not a very good compression algorithm especially over small data sets.
