Here's something similar, but using offsets instead of pointers:

c                   eval      p_ListStart = pListHeader + DataOffset
c                   for       offset = 0 
c                             to EntrySize * (NumEntries - 1)
c                             by EntrySize
c                   eval      p_ListEntry = pListStart + offset

c***       ... at this point, the JOBL0100 data structure contains
c***       ... one of the entries of the list.

c                   endfor
