Well if the binder source did not change then the signature will stay the
same.  The same sequence of exports will always generate the same signature.

As I noted in an earlier post, the signature is a function of the export
names, their number and sequence.  So C, A, B will generate a different
signature from B, C, A even though the exports are identical.

If no binder source is used then the signature will be as if binder source
of A, B, C (i.e. alpha order) had been used.
