Been there, done that.  Started from the (just the IBM world part of my 
experience) S/34, S/36, AS/400...  Migrated from S/36 arrays to subfiles, 
etc.  On programs that ran out of indicators to support the arrays. Always 
kept the mentality that the day I stop learning (at least in this world) 
is the day they pitch me into the crematorium.
