Try adding OVRSCOPE(*JOB) to the override you're executing.

I have an RPG program that calls QCMDEXC to override a print file. The
override used to work fine until I added the atoi prototype to the
program. I have the dftactgrp(*no) bnddir('QC2LE') in the H spec. When I
take that out QCMDEXC it works fine. Can anyone explain why that is
happening?
