You should never use this in production code!  There are far less painful
ways of committing suicide.  It is a great helper for the programmer when
testing, but in production can be lethal.  IBM would love to remove it
because of the trouble it causes.  To get a hint as to how much IBM don't
want you to use this - issue a RCLACTGRP command and prompt it.  Now try to
find *ELIGIBLE as a valid option - it is hidden!

*ELIGIBLE doesn't mean "no longer used" it means "has no current stack
entry".  Any service program will almost by definition not have a stack
entry at the time of a RCLACTGRP - if the service program is running in a
different AG than the program issuing the RCL... boom it has gone _but_ the
program that used it is still there and still thinks it can call routines in
it.  The result is that end user often has to sign off to clean up the mess.

We class it as one of the seven deadly sins that I mentioned earlier.
