Nothing "bad" will necessarily happen - at least not immediately - but it is
a really bad idea.

We recently wrote up this one as one of the "7 Deadly Sins of ILE" - hasn't
been published yet but I'll send you a copy if you e-mail me off-list.

There are a number of potential problems down the road - if this is a single
program with no service program and no file usage, and it will _never_ have
those things, you'll get away with it.  In essence I think there are two
main problems.  Number one is that you need to know a _lot_ more about ILE
to run this way than if you simply do it right and only run ILE programs in
an ILE AG.  Number two is that you won't get any support from IBM if things
go awry - you'll just be told "we told you not to do that".
