Anybody remember what licensed program product ID was needed to compile
SQLRPG on V3R2M0?

Although V3R2M0 is just about as common as DOS these days, I am on a V3R2M0
box (don't ask). I tried to compile an SQLRPG type and got the error
"Command CRTSQLRPG in library *LIBL not found." which tells me that there is
a missing licensed program missing (probably). Presuming I can even find my
install cartridges, what licensed program should I install?

Thanks,
