I have found that entering ENDDBG, RCLRSC, and RCLACTGRP *ELIGIBLE in that
order is necessary to completely reclaim the storage used by a service
program when in debug.

Hope that helps.

When I am debugging a service program and I terminate it or it abends, I get
the following messages when I attempt to call the calling program again:

Application error. *N unmonitored by *N at statement *N, instruction X'4000

Tried to refer to all or part of an object that no longer exists.

RclActGrp *eligible does not help. RclRsc does not either. Ending debug does
not work. The only thing that seems to work is ending the session and
logging on again.
