RE: Erroneous subfile "error"

Try putting your F-key line on a separate format with overlay specified and
writing (not EXFMT) that format to the screen before displaying your
subfile.

Okay, this one has me stumped, and I need help.  I am trying to get the
following subfile to compile, and I keep getting the error 

CPF7812:  Subfile control record overlaps subfile record

But it doesn't overlap anywhere I can tell.  What gives?
