I'm setting on *in51 and *in52, turning off *in53, setting POSITIONAT=1, and
EXFMT'ing the control record, as follows:

     C Eval *IN51=*ON
     C Eval *IN52=*ON
     C Eval *IN53=*OFF
     C Eval PositionAt=1
     C Write Footer
     C ExFmt RaccSFC

The record I previously wrote to the subfile show up on the screen, and I
can scroll to the very bottom without problems. But when I press Enter, I
get the CPF5218 error on the EXFMT opcode statement line.

It depends on what the program is doing when enter is pressed. The message
indicates the POSITIONAT field contains either 0 or a number that is greater
than the number of records in the subfile.
