Nope.

The first will test for ANY of the suffixes values in the list.

The second look like it would never be valid, since the suffix would have
to be equal to XP <and> AC <and> GS, and the field can have only one value.
I probably didn't explain that very well...I'm sure other responders will
do a better job.

Example 1:

           C                     END

Example 2:
           C           FHSSUF    IFEQ 'XP'
           C           FHSSUF    ANDEQ'AC'
           C           FHSSUF    ANDEQ'GS'
           C                     MOVEL$MSG,225  #EMSG     P
           C                     END
