PreRun-Time Array -- RPG400-L

I have a (fairly static) file that holds Category, Category Abbreviation,
Sequence Number, and other information. The file has 16 records in it at
this time.

What I want to do is load a PreRun-Time Array with Category Abbreviation,
and Sequence Number. I am having trouble coding the D-Spec, does anyone have
an example?
