My sentiments exactly.  I guess I'm only talking about data that
management considers a security issue.  I guess theree may be companies
willing to let all their data be public knowledge, but in my experience
those companies are few and far between.  Rather, I think the company
would be willing to put what is in effect a firewall around their
sensitive data.

Presented that way, I doubt you'd get a lot of grumbling from
management.  For instance, who is it that is running reports on
sensitive information, anyway, and why are they doing it?
