They just came up with a National 'NO CALL' list. 
Perhaps we should come up with a 'NO HIRE' list that
would consist of developers & managers who refuse to
advance to post-stone-age technology.

They are hurting their organization, and the CFO's,
CEO's and BOD's of the world don't have a clue on
what's going on.
