File problems.

Hi,

I am getting an error when the file is Queried.
I tried copying the file, but results again in an Error.
My guess is that, this may be due to a disk problem (bad sectors).
Kindly let me know what may be the reason/s for the error and how to rectify 
the fault.
Am enclosing the Error messages being displayed.


When A SQL statement is executed :

Format must have a header extension..                                      
     Internal failure occurred in query processor.                              
     File QAP0ZDMP in library QTEMP already exists.                             
     User Trace data for job 104176/USERID/QPADEV0014 dumped to member         
       QP0Z104176 in file QAP0ZDMP in library QTEMP.                            
     27 records copied from member QP0Z104176.                                  
     1 User Trace buffer(s) deleted.                                            
     SQL system error.             

Error When trying to copy the File :

CPYF FROMFILE(LIBL/FILE1) TOFILE(QTEMP/FILE1) CRTFILE(*YES) 

A new format was created for file Q in QTEMP.                 
Datalink, user-defined type, or LOB field error, reason code 1
Error creating file Q in library QTEMP.                       
Copy command ended because of error.
