I wasn't thinking about %fields(); just the raw UPDATE vs. an EXCEPT with
O-specs naming the specific fields to be updated.  I think %fields() would
be nicer than the O-specs because one can see the intent even clearer than
having to bounce down to the O-specs.  I can't use %fields() yet because not
all of my customers are that recent in OS/400 release level.
