Mark, it's not possible to do a CHGCMDDFT with a list.  I remember the
first time I struggled with this, trying to trick CHGCMDDFT into
accepting my list.

But in this particular case, I think it's a really bad idea.  "Fixing"
bad decimal data is better than the RPG/400 IGNDECDTA, but it's not much
better.  I think it would be much better to correct the data that is
causing the decimal data errors in the first place, or fix whatever
programs are generating the bad data.  For the programs that really need
this, put the FIXNBR keyword in the H spec.
