I know it's splitting hairs, but you really are using ONLY RPG. You are
just prototyping a C function. If you need an example, let me know. This is
a powerful technique. I hardly ever us CL anymore.

Problem:

The staff I'm working with has set a policy that it is RPG or nothing. I
had a hard enough time getting them to let me code in RPGIV and use API's.
At least they are getting ready to go up to v5r2. And I already know of
about 20+ programs I would like to revisit to take advantage of %dec
alone.
