You create a field as 5U,0...

Then the syntax is

I have a program that uses SQL and gives a message in the joblog every 
time it tryes to read a NULL.  

This is the SQL:

I understand that I need to specify an indicator variable, but I could 
not find how to specify the indicator.  do you remember the sintax? Thanks.
