Are there any documentation of this ? The only think
i've read is in the Database Performance and
Optimization book that the sql indexes use a 64k page
size, while the indexes created with CRTLF use a 8k
page size, but is it correct to imply that this is
what make performance to be better ? or are some other
differences ?
