William, You can see an example (FREE) that uses QlgConvertCase, which is national language safe in the iSeries-toolkit. Unfortunately, the version that uses that API got overlayed but it is still in CVS here: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/iseries-toolkit/iseries-toolkit/src/qrpglesrc/txttkt.irp?rev=1.1&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup. There is also a test program for this procedure in CVS.
