Look at the *Spool memory pool in WRKSYSSTS.
If your system is autoadjust, it takes too long to react to sudden need
for resources. IBM Redbook III or IV (no sure which) has recommend
for memory pool for HPT. Set the minimum for the pool to
have enough for HPT printing x #printers active.
