Re: QUSRTVUS API

I don't use QUSRTVUS anymore.  QUSPTRUS is better and a lot clearer to 
understand, and I was pointer phobic.  The only business use for QUSRTVUS 
is for libraries in a "system" state.  Pointers against those are a no-no. 
 But a VAST majority of the time I access a user space it is in QTEMP so I 
don't give a rat's a$$.
