QMHSNDPM API usage in a subprocedure

Hello all,

I am trying to use the QMHSNDPM within a subprocedure in a program. I used
to place the call to the api complete with parameters in a subroutine. Now
I'm trying to replace the subroutine with a subprocedure within the same
compilation unit. I changed the SFLPGMQ parameter in the display file to
(276). When I keep the entry in the SFLPGMQ field to '*', I don't get any
output on my message subfile. Not sure what the difference is.
