Scott, The reason that it was not on the cum is that ptf's do not appear on the cum unless they are critical, or x number of people order them. To IBM's defense they do not put every ptf on the cum. The reason for this is that it is possible they overlooked a side effect. And if that ptf fixed some obscure problem but had an unknown side effect that affected thousands of users, it wouldn't look right. The number of people still using SEU and using large procedure names probably does not exceed x.
