Other than page x of xx, which I don't know how to do in any programming
language until the number of pages is actually known (and which,
incidentally, I can write a utility to do in about 100 lines of code),
everything you've asked for can be done with XML/XSLT and FOP. It generates
a PDF, which can then be printed on any printer.

Like what, Booth? I believe that anybody, including Hans, who thinks RPG is
just a report generator should leave the compiler team. That's my opinion,
and while you may find it outrageous, others may not. What else did I say
that was outrageous? Specifics, please!

If Hans (or anyone) believes RPG should be nothing more than a report
generator, then they should leave the compiler team, past contributions
notwithstanding. My opinion, and it's unlikely to change, no matter how
much you guys tag team me.
