AW: Converting *ENTRY PLIST to a prototype.

Have a look on my example for V5R2:

YGASS and YGEMDS are PFs used to describe the DS $GASS an $GEMDS, where
$GASS is an input parameter and $GEMDS an output parameter, but this effects
nothing in the specification.

The keyword "Qualified" is an option; if specified, you must use the
fieldnames qualified (e.g. $GASS.FieldA).
