If you mean in the context of your proposed *EXTFACTOR2 CHAIN fixed format
variation (as opposed to free-fromat in the general case), then yes, I conceded
that point.

I don't have an objection to it, though I hope it takes a trivial amount of the
proverbial $100 budget.  And I thouroughly expect that would be the case.

That doesn't mean I'd vote for it though. <g>
