Buck,

That was much clearer.  However, I think he was hoping to monitor for 
something other than 00202 and then using QMHRCVPM.

I am thinking that Hans might be right.  After all, most of us have used 
API's and have gotten quite used to the optional exception structure. 
Might as well be consistent.
