Subject: SQL zero out my Num fields, WHY??

Hi,

I keep having this same problem, I have a numical field that keeps being
changed/zero out after an SQL.
What am i doing wrong????

TIA

Example:

0515.00 C Back2Zero BegSr
0516.00 *** Returns PRQSTA back to Zero (if it is still in the subfile)
0517.00 ***
0518.00 C DO Rrn Y 4 0
0519.00 C Y Chain ScnSfl
0520.00 C If Not %found
0521.00 C Iter
0522.00 C EndIf
0523.00 C/EXEC SQL
0524.00 C+ UPDATE PPA SET PRQSTA = 0, PCHBY = :user, PDTCH = :chdate,
0525.00 C+ PTMCH = :chtime Where PRQNUM = :SFRQNUM
0526.00 C+ with NC
0527.00 C/END-EXEC
0528.00 C ENDDO
0529.00
0530.00 C EndSr
