Yeah, I was under the impression that this was the case, but after 
hunting around on the Eclipse web site and other odd places (my shoes, 
cerial boxes, etc), I can find no evidence of this.  Can anyone who 
actually knows anything shed a little light, or does this need to be 
moved to the CODE discussion?
