D'OH!!!

You ever have one of those days?  I was GOING to see if DFTACTGRP was a
keyword, but I thought to myself "Self, if I was doing this, specifying an
ACTGRP would IMPLY saying DFTACTGRP(*NO)".  And while that's true, I guess
they don't want anything to be implied.

Thanks, Nelson, this really helps me keep my environment simpler.
