Deepak, can you create a user profile and create the Library, files, and
programs that your database will use under that user profile as owner?  
 
Compile your accessing program to adopt the Owner's Authority.

Once done, create the security for the Library as *OWNER and then disable
the  new profile.  (from then on of course you can't work in there without
the QSECOFR's permission, but that's ok isn't it?

I am working on a tool development. The tool can be run by certain users
defined in my database. I do not want to give access to this database to any
user except the program using that database. The user should not see the
password by running the query. How can I maintain this security?
