If I remember rightly, you only have email access and no Web.  You need to
get the RPG Reference manual on your PC.  Have your system administrator
load the Infocenter CD on the network so you can access it.  If somebody
else there can access the web, all of the IBM manuals are at
http://www.iseries.ibm.com/infocenter

POST places feedback information about a file into it's associated feedback
data structure.  To understand more than that you really need to get the RPG
manual and read about exception and error handling.  Or buy a book from
http://www.midrange.com when you can reach the web.
